MS Swiss Corona Overview

The MS Swiss Corona was built in 2004 utilising the most modern design techniques and safety features. The décor and furnishings, such as the beautifully polished marble decks and the classic wrought-iron staircases, are designed to evoke the ambience and character of classic five-star hotels from the golden age of travel. With just 139 guests and 35 crew, a ratio of less than 4 to 1, Riviera are able to guarantee a high level of customer service and a more personal touch that just isn’t found on larger river cruise ships.

Cabins

Suites (Diamond, Ruby, and Emerald Decks)

Measuring 18 square metres (193 sq. feet), the suites aboard the MS Swiss Corona feature the window style relative to the deck they are situated on (suites located on the Emerald deck have smaller, fixed windows). With added space and more comfortable seating, when staying in a suite your comfort is assured.

 

Standard Cabins (Diamond, Ruby, and Emerald Decks)

The cabins found aboard the MS Swiss Corona are amongst the largest, best appointed, and most luxuriously furnished of any river cruise ship in the world. In the cabins there is; a safe, mini-bar, tea and coffee making facilities, telephone, individual air-conditioning, hairdryer, seating area with two chairs, and a TV with satellite channels. Standard cabins on the Diamond and Ruby decks feature French balcony style floor-to-ceiling windows, whilst those situated on the Emerald deck have smaller, fixed windows.
